STITCH Outdoor 2 Outlet Smart Plug Hands-On
I had the chance to test out the STITCH Outdoor Smart Plug myself on my patio. I plugged in my Christmas lights and outdoor party lasers to the two outlets and set up the STITCH app in under 10 minutes. It was super simple! Now I love being able to switch the patio lights on at sunset and schedule party lights to run for a few hours without having to walk outside. I even have the lights flicker randomly when we go away on vacation. I can check the app at any time to make sure my fixtures are operating as expected. The ability to independently control the dual outlets has provided the flexibility I didn’t realize I needed. The STITCH app also makes it simple to group both outlets together into scenes. I’m really impressed with how much convenience this little plug-in has provided for my outdoor space!
Compatibility Note
One important note – the STITCH app currently is not compatible with Android 13 or newer. However, the plug itself can still be controlled through the Tuya Smart app on the latest Android versions. So you’ll have full functionality, just via a different control app if running Android 13 or 14.
