It is decentralized (distributed) and has no central issuing authority. Cryptocurrencies are based on blockchain technology and function independently of a central bank.

I’m going to dive into this and provide a beginner’s approach to cryptocurrency. Everyone has been talking about cryptocurrency from the media, the radio and the newspaper, but no one tells someone new like yourself where you should start your journey.

I will tell you how to create a wallet, hold your coins and tokens. I will show you how you can send, withdraw and spend cryptocurrency to acquire services and goods. I will tell you where to start, what you need, why you need it, how you can use it, and more.

But no one tells someone new like yourself where you should start your journey, or they do but in big and complicated words.

Through this desk, we will demystify and answer questions on different subjects such as wallet creation, buying, exchanging, and selling coins or tokens, the portfolio, Smart Contracts, NFTs, blockchain technology, and more![/penci_text_block][penci_block_19 build_query=”post_type:post|size:3|order_by:date|order:DESC” style_block_title=”style-title-2″ title=”Cryptocurrency Articles” block_title_align=”style-title-left” post_standard_title_length=”12″ post_excrept_length=”30″ hide_comment=”true” hide_icon_post_format=”true” show_count_view=”true” block_id=”penci_block_19-1620438734334″][penci_block_19 build_query=”post_type:post|size:3|order_by:date|order:DESC” style_block_title=”style-title-2″ block_title_align=”style-title-left” post_standard_title_length=”12″ post_excrept_length=”30″ hide_comment=”true” hide_icon_post_format=”true” show_count_view=”true” block_id=”penci_block_19-1620438912094″][penci_text_block block_title_align=”style-title-left” custom_markup_1=””]Let us try to keep the cryptocurrency approach as simple as possible. Types of Bitcoin wallets

Bitcoin wallets come in two types: hot and cold storage. To use a Bitcoin wallet, you can choose between one of the two. Hot wallets are designed for quick access and use and can contain a small amount of digital currency. Cold storage is for keeping your funds offline so that if your computer or phone is compromised, your money will be in a safe place.

Mobile wallets are apps that store your bitcoins and allow you to make transactions on your smartphone. The most convenient way to access funds is through a mobile wallet. You can use the apps on all major operating systems, including iOS and Android, to send and receive bitcoins. For face-to-face payments, QR codes provide a quick and easy method to transfer funds into and out of bitcoin addresses.

A cold storage wallet is a secure storage solution that allows you to download and store Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on an offline hardware device. Cold storage wallets cost between $100 and $200 since they are more secure than an app wallet, being that they do not require the internet.

Web wallets offer browser-based wallets that can be used either on desktop or mobile but don’t provide complete control that traditional desktop or mobile wallets offer. One such wallet for Ethereum is Metamask. It uses a web browser extension.

Desktop wallets are software programs that allow you to store your crypto assets on your desktop. They’re popular because they give you control of your funds, but they’re also a security risk if not carefully set up and used. Plus, you’ll need to back up and secure your wallet and make sure your computer is safe from malware.

Are you ready to dive into this in a beginner’s approach? Take action and see you soon!
