The actual actuation pressure needed is reduced by a lot and it makes reaction time in games much faster. In the gaming world, anything to make your gaming experience better is a plus and this definitely dives right into the performance enhancement. Now, if you're bad at playing games you'll still suck, but not as bad.
We have a standard 104-keys keyboard that includes the right keypad with all the trimmings. As mentioned earlier, the keyboard features some of the newer switches (kailh) with a low profile. The response distance is only 1.4mm versus the typical 2.0mm. Check out the spec sheet for the keys. The built quality of the keyboard is quite solid with its aluminum framing, to the keys, the design and the low profile it gives.
I've been on this keyboard literally now for a week and I keep going back and forth with other mechanical keyboards, membrane keyboard and I do have to say the response and tactile feedback is pretty impressive. The nice click of the keys, the fingers lightly gliding over the keys is pretty impressive.
