I needed to upgrade a few things within my realm of all things gadgets. Ordered recently, some parts I wanted; This includes a SanDisk Extreme PRO 64GBLexar High-Performance microSDXC 633x 64GB and a very basic tripod for use at home mostly. Nothing too fancy.

The Nikon D5300 was in major need of a card boost and I needed something that would hold thousands of pictures in raw format. I made sure to get a pretty good one for its ability to just dump pictures really fast and running at about 90MB/s per file in sequential write was what I needed.

I didn't have a proper tripod and I figured that an “entry” level would be more than enough for what I need it. Mostly going to be shooting videos, blogs, reviews and the likes. Beside Targus is usually known to produce some good reliable products.

There is one element out of this that I still haven't received yet and that would be my Rode shotgun mic for the camera. It still hasn't shipped yet. Yeah, this shotgun microphone has been something I've wanted for the longest time. I needed something that would work well, be worth the money without going overly expansive on the elements of what I'm trying to do. Production wise, I wanted low cost, but efficient.

I have an extra smartphone in the house which will become a day to day device for someone in the household. Courtesy of Alcatel for this gift while at the party launch for the IDOL 4, this device is getting a nice Lexar 64GB of storage. Being that in Android 6.0.1 the OS can make the added Micro SD card part of the OS's core for system usage, this needed to achieve a decent read/write ratio.

I have more products that are making their way over. You'll be seeing an assortment. Already today I listed 2 keyboards I'll be taking a closer look at, then we have JLab, Gatekeeper, Luma, Moss and more. It's going to be a busy holiday season!
